Gwynn <Lynn>, do you know the name of the puppy in front of the Inn? I was just curi-- Oh, nevermind. [[File:{{{npc}}} (NPC Icon).png|text-bottom|35px]] [[{{{npc}}}]] You discovered the title: Puppy Lover.

Go to Tieve and ask her what her puppy's name is.

Tieve (Tieve looks surprised.) The name of my puppy? Hmm, that makes me curious. I wonder if people around town know my puppy's name! Can you ask around for me? I'll tell you his name after you ask around!

Ask someone who might know the name of the puppy.

Clodagh Hm, Tieve's puppy, right? I got it! The puppy's name is... "Kitty!" I'm serious! It looks at me every time I say, "Here, Kitty, Kitty! Ferghus (Ferghus chuckles when you ask him about the dog in Colhen.) That little monster's quite the toughie, eh? Not long ago, I visited the Inn to give the oracle a frying pan she'd ordered. The pup never stopped barking at me the whole time. Thus, the dog was christened "Black Tornado III," the perfect name for a creature with such spirit and vigor! THe pup's name is "Black Tornado III." Make sure you call it by it's full name. Strange Traveler The animal outside the Inn? Why are you asking ME? He and I are not on speaking terms. (He sighs.) Very well. His name is "Blue". Trust me. I know these things. The dog's name is "Blue." B-L-U-E. Make sure to enunciate. Brynn (Brynn raises an eyebrow without looking up.) I do not know the name of the puppy nor do I care to know. (Brynn finally looks at you.) Does Tieve care for that puppy? What does the puppy look like? I have never seen a puppy in Colhen. Of course I do not know his name. Ernmass (Ernmass greets you with a smile. You ask him the name of the puppy outside the Inn, and he chuckles.) Tieve found the little guy somewhere and rescued him. His name is..."Dog"? Or is it... "Puppy"? Sorry, I don't remember. I think the little critter's name is either "Dog" or "Puppy," but I'm just not sure.

Return to Tieve and tell her how the survey went.

Tieve So it's true, no one knew the puppy's name. I thought so. His name is Theo, but I figured people didn't know. (Tieve smiles.) I rarely call him by name. Why were you curious in the first place? (You explain that Gwynn asked you. Tieve looks thoughtful.) Gwynn? Now that I think about it... I believe Ellis stopped by once, asking what Theo's name was, but he left before I could answer. You know, Theo came to me right around when Priest Herion passed away, and I had to care for the temple all by myself. I heard him crying for his mother. At first, I thought it was a child! I rushed out there and found Theo in the bushes. Even though I can speak with animals, I can usually tell humans and animals apart! This was the first time I was ever so wrong. Anyway, Theo was just a tiny puppy, so I bottle-fed him milk and played with him. Now look at how much he's grown! He always follows me when I go to the temple. I think that's his way of showing me that he wants to protect me. Oh! Look at
