name was, but he left before I could answer.
You know, Theo came to me right around when Priest Herion
passed away, and I had to care for the temple all by myself.
I heard him crying for his mother. At first, I thought it was a child!
I rushed out there and found Theo in the bushes.
Even though I can speak with animals, I can usually tell humans
and animals apart! This was the first time I was ever so wrong.
Anyway, Theo was just a tiny puppy, so I bottle-fed him milk
and played with him. Now look at how much he's grown!
He always follows me when I go to the temple. I think that's his
way of showing me that he wants to protect me.
