- Lann-only skill.
- The EU version's name of this skill is Smash: Bare Blower.
- Can only be used with Twin Swords.
- Lann attacks with the blunt edge of his weapon. At Rank 9, Pummel Storm has a second attack that is two outward slashes.
- High damage compared to other basic smash attacks, only lower than Fanning Slash.
- In situations where Gliding Fury is not available (ex: Dullness), spamming Pummel Storm yields the best damage.
- First smash has minimal Hit Drag compared to Double Crescent and Rising Crescent.
- Including the movement of normal attack, the reach of first smash is roughly double of Rising Crescent, and slightly less than Double Crescent.
- Second smash has about the same range as Double Crescent and has Hit Drag.
- The first smash costs 14 Stamina and the second costs 8.
