Riordan seems to know something. Talk to him.

[Screen goes black.] Nel I want to bake some bread for Riordan. But I've never tried baking before... I guess I can always throw it out if it doesn't work... Still, please don't tell Riordan. Promise? Haha. Okay <Lynn>, I trust you. [Black screen ends.] Riordan Are you going to tell me or not? [Player selects "Don't tell".] Riordan I'm your superior, cadet? Do you really think you can keep secrets from me? Well then, I'm going to have to teach you a lesson. I'm assigning you to Battle Quest The Investigation, effective immediately. I'll ask you again after you've returned.

Go through Battle Quest The Investigation at least once and then talk to Riordan.

[Dialogue moves to next section after completing the battle.]

Talk Riordan to at the Royal Army Base.

Riordan You're back? So, have you come to your senses? What are you hiding from me? Tell me. [Player chooses either "Tell" or "Don't tell".]

[Player selects "Tell".]
