Talk to Brynn.
Brynn
Before you go, very few people know of this book.
How did you find out about it?
Keaghan
You and I are not the only people who want to summon Erinn. This world is a place of troubles and sorrows.
Brynn
Do not try to bandy about words with cryptic phrases, Tell me who gave you that information.
Keaghan
You'll find out when Erinn is here.
Keaghan
If this book is what it is said to be, you will not have to wait long.
Brynn
(Brynn crosses his arm with a sigh.) It's the real thing, but you'll never decipher it.
(Keaghan opens the Paradise Chronicles with gentle reverence and reads.)

[The screen fades to black.]

I'll save your brutish mind the trouble. It says...
"Beyond the gates of oblivion does the god of time reside. Disbelievers wish for the god to fall into forgotten memory.
Fallow men will wish upon the god's dissolution. Weak men will spread lie of the god's death.
Hopeless men will wait for the god's return.
But the fated soul will force the god's deliverance. The fated soul will seek the god and thus find the god.
The remnant of the past will be the key, the compass, and the gate that leads to oblivion.
The remnant will appear as but a common stone, but with it, the fated shall call forth a god."

I have it!
<Belle> obtained a Seal Stone in the past.
I investigated it at length, but came to no conclusions until now...
Perhaps I was taking the wrong approach in my studies...
If Tieve truly is the oracle of prophecy, the Seal Stone could have some reaction in her hands.
But it is a troublesome thought...
I do not know down what path this will lead. I don't even know if it is a path of light or darkness...
Naveen's worries could materialize, tears in the fabric or reality, or worse...
Keaghan
Does it really matter?
If it means saving Tieve, I will bear the burden of destroying our world.
(Brynn hands the Ancient Seal Stone to Keaghan.)
Brynn
Do not ruin this, Keaghan. Do not let her die.
(Keaghan leaves the Magic Laboratory.)
Brynn
I've tried to find a way to save her, but... I couldn't.
I've asked your help towards that purpose, though I never dared admit such a childish fancy.
Now Keaghan...
(Brynn avoids your eye contact.) Every man must learn that there are things he cannot do in
his life. It is one of the only truths in this world. Yet those things always seem to be what the man wants
most to do. If I cannot save Tieve, if I must stand by while she...
(Brynn spits his words through gritted teeth.)
Keaghan, you must save her.
