Story Dialogue

Fenella has a favor to ask.

Fenella
Come on in. (Fenella frowns.) Oh my, I know you're busy, but... You see, I keep having this one nightmare. My family has passed down a certain set of armor, from generation to generation. In my nightmare, the armor is in the grubby hands of mysterious monsters...while my family members are still wearing it! I know it's just a dream, but it's hard to watch someone I care about get slaughtered, night after night... If [sic] affects me so much because my hometown, Ainle, was... Oh, nevermind. Just...please help me. Go to Ainle and get that armor. I have nothing to offer, but you can keep the armor. I can sleep easy knowing it's in your honorable hands.

(Optional: Talk to Fenella again.)

Fenella
(Fenella looks at you anxiously.) Oh, it must've been awful. Was Ainle burned to the ground? (Fenella wipes her eyes discreetly.) But it's still my home and always will be. Please, find the rest of the armor.

(Fenella looks at you anxiously.) That shoulder guard! Was it really in the hands of the Fomors? (Fenella's eyes fill with tears.) I'm so glad you found it. Can you get the rest of the set, too? There should be 5 pieces in total... Would you be so kind to help this poor woman... just once more? Please, just go around Ainle once more... for me.

So you're back. You found another one. Oh, what a relief. This is bringing me so much heartache, seeing small tokens of my old home but never being able to return, but I can't stop myself. I have another request.

Now, if I have that horrid nightmare, I won't feel so bad once I wake up My heart still aches...but they say that time heals all wounds. (She looks doubtful.) WHy don't you wear the armor, <Lann>. This is a precious family treasure, so please wear this armor with honor.
