Item Categories[]

Using the Template:Infobox item there are two ways to add a category to an item.

  • Using the "type/subtype" options, that will automatically add the correspondent category to the page.
  • Using "category" which shall be used for when the ingame window doesn't have any category in it.


The ones that use the "type/subytpe" options are as follow:

If the the item doesn't have anything written regarding it's type, the "category" option will be used and depending on the use of the item it will fit one of the follow:


  • category=Cloths
  • category=Leathers
  • category=Ores - in this one fits all the ores that come out of ore deposit, like Iron Ore and Copper Ore.
  • category=Special materials - in this one fits all the gems, like Ice Crystal and Peridot.
  • category=Secondary materials- in this one fits all the materials that can be made and bought on the NPCs like Empty Bottle, Fine Metal Solvent and Salt. Materials made with expertise also fit here.
  • category=Remnants - Remnant in the name? Then this category is for it, like Fire Spirit Remnant and Ice Spirit Remnant.
  • category=Erg crystals - has Erg in the name? Then it fits in this category, like Life Erg Crystal or Eternity Erg Crystal.
  • category=Enhance materials - in this one fits items that are used in the Enhance process, like Enhancement Stone or Enhancement Elixir.
  • category=Enchant materials - in this one fits items that are used in the Enchant process, like Magic Elixir or Magic Powder.
  • category=Enchant scrolls - can't miss this one. All Enchant Scrolls belong here.
  • category=Power infusion materials - in this one fits items that are used in the Power Infusion process, like Average Spirit Water Element Stone or Element Stone Catalyst.
  • category=Miscellaneous materials - if it is a material and doesn't fit in any category. Last resort, there should be a category for it.
  • category=Fish - Because they deserve their own spot.


  • category2=Ainle drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Albey drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Catacombs drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Crescent Moon Island drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Fomorian Base drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Heide drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Hilder Forest Ruins drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Hoarfrost Depths drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Hoarfrost Hollow drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Ortel Castle drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Perilous Ruin drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Prairie Entrance drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Resenlian's Labyrinth drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Ruins of Sanctity drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Sewers drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Ship Graveyard drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.
  • category2=Unknown Area drops - Self explanatory. If it drops from a black monster core and in this area it belongs here.



  • category=Event consumables - in this one fits items that can only be acquired during events and that can be used, like CaraNel or Halloween Candy. If the item has, for example, "Potion" on it's window, also fill the "type=" option.
  • category=Event equipments - in this one fits items that can only be acquired during events and that are equipable, like Santa Jacket or Bunny Hat.
  • category=Event story items - in this one fits items that can only be acquired during events and that are only used to progress Event Stories, like Succubus' Chocolate (Story item) or Gold Easter Egg.
