Equippable by Fiona only. For levels 30 and above, Rank Standing Endurance 9 or above.
Teaches you the Downward Counter skill, which lets you counter attack enemies when you're pushed back because of Standing Endurance or Incapacitation Resistance. Cannot be used when equipped with a large shield.
