Phase 1:

Readies his gun and fires a single bullet at a player.
Readies his gun, points it at a player and begins walking, then fires at him/her. Powerful but has limited range.
Slashes 3 times, stops, then slashes 2 more times.
Slashes one time, releases a black gust at a player.
- The projectile track very well, able to turn almost 360 degree.
Bends down and sweeps his leg, sending 3 small red waves at players. There are gaps between the waves that player can slip through safely.
- The waves move very slow, and spread out the further they move.
Releases a poison cloud around him. Then do the sweep AoE move twice.
- The waves is arranged so that the wave send by the 2nd sweep will cover the gaps of the waves sent by the 1st sweep.
At 50% HP, engulfs in blue flames, thereby becoming "enraged", allowing him to do even more deadly attacks

Phase 2:

Readies his gun and fires a single bullet at a player.
Readies his gun, points it at a player and begins walking, then fires at him/her. Powerful but has limited range.
- Will also hit any players near the targeted player.
Slashes 3 times, stops, then slashes 2 more times. Each slash sends out a black gust.
Bend down and sweeps his leg on the floor, releasing red wave at players. Does this 3 times.
Releases a poison cloud around him.
Release a poison cloud around him, he will do the sweep attack 8 times afterward.
- Willy becomes tired for a long duration after using this attack.

Active: Slashing High and Transformation are ill-advised in phase 2, use a Ironhide Stimulant as well if you're planning to use these skills.
Slashes are normal attacks.
Stay far away from Willy when he do the sweep attack, the gaps betwween the waves get larger the further they move.
An easy way to deal with Willy in a party is lead Willy from one end of the room to the other when he's enraged. This leaves more room to dodge his floor waves.
It's wise to save 1000 SP skills for when he does his long floor waves to stop him.
Willy will always fall over after the sword swipe combo when he is enraged.

Willy is susceptible to Hallucinate, leaving her open to attack for a brief time.
Alchemy: Mana Pistols are a good distraction if he focuses on them when he's enraged and they can also slow down Willy's speed.

Remove of jump and remade moveset has changed the strategy for this boss, allowing all characters to fight this boss more consistently with one tactic. ( The old jump tactic for this boss is extremely inconsistent )
