Not everyone can fish. Only those with a Fishing Ticket can go to Ignacht River, and you can purchase it from yours truly. It's dangerous to leave the town so we must keep track of who goes to the river. So if you want to try fishing, you must first purchase a Fishing Ticket from me. Wanna give it a try? If so, bring me the first fish you catch.
