2.	Lann players buy and use Skill Book: Twin Sword Mastery from Ceara.

2.	Fiona players buy and use Skill Book: Longsword Mastery from Ceara.

2.	Kai players buy the skill Bow Mastery from Ceara.

3.	Talk to Ceara at the Mercenary Outpost.
