For solo, the most difficult part of this fight are the trash monsters that spawn with him, although he'll take care of most of them himself. Your only real concern is the Ogre Warrior that he can't hit. Fortunately, Blood Fist runs faster than the warrior; pull Blood Fist off to the side, knock him down, and kill the warrior while he recovers.
All of his attacks are predictable and all, save for the overhead smash, can be avoided by quickly moving to your left (his right).
Light Of Palala can be used to stun him for a good amount of time.
Vella can use of Cross Cut and Double Cross to easily survive both him and his goons. Make sure to have him kill off his buddies with his own attacks and try to kill the Ogre Warrior asap.

While Aodhan and Marrec are fighting off Goblin Spearmen, Executor Blood Fist appears and punches them both. The two mercenaries were presumed dead, but the aftermath of the battle revealed that the attack was not fatal.
