3.	Get Quiremigal Tissue from the battle Frost Stones.

4.	Talk to Tieve at the Inn.

5.	Get Hakam's Dagger from the battle Dethrone the White Tyrant.

6.	Talk to Tieve at the Inn.

7.	Talk to Kirstie at the Inn.

Find Hakam's Dagger in Battle Quest Dethrone the White Tyrant and return to the Inn.
