Talk to Gallagher at the Mercenary Outpost in order to join the Silent Brotherhood.

Gallagher Get over here. You don't want everyone to hear, do you? Heh. All right. I can't say if you can become a member of the Silent Brotherhood. But I can tell you this. All of the decisions in the Silent Brotherhood are made as an organization. No matter how high your position is, decisions cannot be made by just one member. Keep that in mind. I do have some good news for you, too. The Brotherhood has given me your next task. You want to become a Dark Knight, right? Okay, listen up. First, bring back the Sorcery Ring from The Fleeing Gnoll King. If you can bring that to me, I will tell you where you must go next. With the materials and location of the Rite, you can become a Dark Knight. Heh, but don't think it's simple. Start with the ring. All right?
