Keaghan (Keaghan blinks and looks around warily.) Who are you? Nyle My name is Nyle... I am a member of the Silent Brotherhood. Keaghan (Keaghan all but leaps at Nytle.) That cannot be! The Silent Brotherhood still exists? Nyle (Nyle smiles wryly.) Indeed we do. We survived...the incident. And as much as that probably dismays you, you should be grateful. It was I who saved you from your "comrades," after all. Ironic, isn't it? Keaghan ....! Gwynn! Where is she? What happened to her?! Nyle (Nyle looks grim.) The two of you were the only ones who survived. Keaghan That cannot... No, that cannot be! I refuse to believe it. No, something is not right. I must return to Rocheste. Nyle Don't bother. Keaghan (Keaghan glares at Nyle in outrage.) Explain yourself. Nyle You won't be able to step even a foot into Rocheste. Have you forgotten? You're fugitives now. Keaghan I refuse to accept that. (He turns to you.) <Fiona>! We leave for Rocheste at once. (Keaghan stalks out of the laboratory.) Nyle (Nyle sighs.) What must be, must be. But it is a bitter path your companion walks.

Talk to the Guard at the Rocheste Castle gate.

Talk to Guard. Guard (The guard pales when he sees Keaghan.) You c-cannot enter. Please return where you came. Keaghan Get out of the way. Guard I can't. You have to turn back. I'm supposed to report you to my commanding officer, but... Well, you've always been kind to me, so I'm telling you this as a favor. You don't want to enter Rocheste. Turn back. Keaghan I must unearth for myself what is going on. Please, let me pass. Guard (The guard gulps and nods once.) I never saw you today. You didn't come through this gate.

Go to the Royal Army Base.

Talk to Brakis. Brakis (Brakis starts when he sees the two of you.) How did you get into Rocheste? You must leave! At once! You cannot be here right now. Keaghan I must find ans-- Brakis I'm sorry, but for your own sakes, you must leave Rocheste. Now! Keaghan At least tell me WHY they have made me an outcast. Brakis I don't know. I'm sorry. There's nothing I can tell you. Keaghan In that case, I will seek answers at the Cathedral. Brakis Nonsense! They'll kill you if they find you there! Keaghan If you can't give me any answers, then I have no choice. Farewell. Brakis Wait, just think about this for a moment-- (Brakis tries to hold Keaghan back, but Keaghan shrugs him aside and leaves the Royal Army Base.)
