Digger Spines only appear in Area 1, Path 2 and the Bloody Thorn Bonus Mission can only be completed here. This is one of the most time consuming Bonus Missions to complete in the game because it relies on getting the right map, getting an evil core from one of the 9 Digger Spines, and that evil core being the rarest item that Digger Spines can drop; the Bloody Thorn.
There is an ore deposit in Area 2, Path 1 at the start, hidden behind a wooden sewer cover on the left wall. Break the cover to expose the ore deposit.
There is an Erg Pot in Area 1, Path 1 beside the red fomorian wall on the right path near the start. The enemies must be cleared out for the wall to be removed, although it is possible to break the Erg Pot without killing the enemies. The contents might spill out behind the wall, so it is best to kill the enemies first.
There is an Erg Pot in Area 2, Path 1 at the start of the map. Look to the left side on top of the ledge. In order to reach this pot, clear out the enemies in the area and head further into the level. At the ramp leading up, head along the ledge and backtrack to the start to reach the Erg Pot.
