What is the base bind time?
I think this page needs a serious overhaul. At the time of the writing, it was a secondary weapon while now it's the first part of the alchemy box. I'm pretty sure it's still a skill, but I don't know, if any, affect it has on the bombs/traps. --Rognik <insert flourish> 02:19, 11 February 2012 (UTC)
