Kirstie or Ferghus may be able to use it for something.
It can be obtained as a dropped item after hitting the Warchief Black Scar's face.
This item can be traded.
How to Obtain
Dropped by Warchief Black Scar during the Battle Quest Gnoll King, Ruler of the Ruins after breaking off his mask (three hits).
